We offer a full money-back guarantee if your order has not arrived by the day confirmed by FedEx, this does not include unforeseeable circumstance such as a delayed dispatch due to a change in the order, or if FedEx are unable to deliver the goods due to incorrect deliver address provided by the customer or no specific details for where they should be left .If your product has been damage, and the food id effected please contact us with photographic evidence along with a description and whether it was reported to the currier. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your goods, or, advise us of the situation.

We do not offer refunds based on consumer taste and preference only on soiled and/or damaged goods.

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
