Returns and Exchanges Policy

Products cannot be returned, unless in extreme circumstances of contamination of a foreign object. Please contact us if the food has been damaged or tampered with. Your food will arrive individually wrapped, then re-wrapped and secured with a GoGoGuts label as well as a Free From award label.
An exchange will only take place if the goods (in this case food) are not fit for human consumption – i.e. the packaging has been damaged on route. If your package has arrived damaged then please make the delivery driver aware and if possible, photograph the goods before opening. Then contact us.
